Due to the forecast of a high percentage of persistent rain from now through Saturday night, we are postponing the Dyno Cams Tri-State Pro Series 14th Annual Labor Day Bash. I am well aware that due to the rain, last year’s Labor Day Bash track conditions DID NOT meet the expectations of what the racers expect and deserve. I DO NOT want to repeat my same mistakes of last year. So based on the forecast we have to look at now, this event will be postponed until our next scheduled date of Saturday, September 23rd. The race will still be at Paradise Raceway.
We have 152 drivers and 402 entries preregistered for this event. It is MUCH easier on us if you will leave your pre entries and reserved parking in place until September 23rd. Preregistration packets have already been made and all entries have already been put into the computer. However, all entry fees and reserved parking purchases are available for a 100% refund if you desire to do so. For those of you who are on the waiting list for shelter parking, you will be contacted if we receive any cancellations.
I realize that by making this decision, it will probably be bright and sunny from now until race day. And if we decided to move forward with the race it would probably be 100% chance of rain with a possible flood on race day. However, with the information available now I am making the best decision I can to not have a repeat of last year’s Labor Day event.
If you choose to receive a refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and it will be made promptly.
Race #6 will be rescheduled for some time in October and we will announce that date and location as soon as possible!
We look forward to seeing all of you who can make it at Paradise Raceway on Saturday, September 23rd!
